A Poem about Medication

Never allow yourself to become the lab rat for the latest prescription drug. My first pill, back in my childhood, was something known as Seroquel and it caused many more problems than it solved. I didn't even know what I was ingesting every morning, all I know is that my eating habits spiraled out of control and I gained so much weight, I developed stretch marks. I still have them in fact, and that was close to 10 years ago.
